DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Assists Admissions with schedules and payments
- Coordinates executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails
- Organizes reception and store area
- Tracking enquiries contact and other information for admissions
- Handling Petty Cash & Billings.
- Fixing up the appointments & rescheduling as an when needed.
- Inventory Management on daily basis, weekly & monthly basis.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Coordinate in office activities
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (MUSIC & DANCE DISCIPLINE)
- Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject
- Must have cleared the NET (National Eligibility Test) / Ph.D.,
- A Traditional and a professional artist with highly commendable professional achievement in the concerned subject.
- Studied under noted/reputed traditional masters
- A high-grade artist of AIR / TV and
- Ability to explain the logical reasoning of the subject concerned and adequate knowledge to teach theory with illustrations in that discipline.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (FINE ARTS DISCIPLINE)
- Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject
- Must have cleared the NET (National Eligibility Test) / Ph.D.,
- A Professional artist with highly commendable professional achievement in the concerned subject, who
should have:
- First Class Diploma in Visual (Fine) arts from an recognized Institution.
- Five years experience of holding regular regional/National exhibitions/workshops with evidence.
- Ability to explain the logical reasoning of the subject concerned and adequate knowledge to teach theory with illustrations in that discipline.
